In 1946, Jay Waters began what would eventually become Country Farms by selling produce from the back of a pickup truck. With hard work and determination, this small operation expanded into multiple open-air markets throughout Washington State. Today, we take pride in having served the Edmonds community for over six decades.

In 2020, Aaron Sloan, then store manager, took over the reins from Jay's son, Rod Waters, and became the owner of Country Farms Edmonds.
